To enter your quilt:
  1. Fill out and submit the Quilt Entry Form.
  2. After submitting the Quilt Entry Form pay the registration fee to complete the entry process.
  3. You must volunteer a minimum of 2 hours or have a designated substitute to qualify for the $10.00 registration fee. Go to SignUpGenius.com. If you are unable to fulfill this volunteer requirement, pay the $25.00 fee to waive this requirement for your entry.

QUILT DELIVERY DATE:  SEPTEMBER 12, 2020
