BAINBRIDGE QUILT FESTIVAL 2020

What's next:

1. PAY   No Fee 2020
2. VOLUNTEER  Really important - Volunteer!
3. CONFIRMATION EMAIL  Look for a confirmation email in the next week. This is a manual process for us so thank you for your patience in advance! The confirmation email will contain your quilt entries. Please review the information. Corrections should be sent back to us via email.
4. QUILT DROP OFF  Quilts should be dropped off on Friday, September 11, 2020. Quilt drop off will be held at the Eagle Harbor Congregational Church corner of Madion and Wyatt Way. Drop off hours will start at 11 and go until 4 pm. Please email volunteerbqf@gmail.com if you have any difficulties with this time change. 
5. ENJOY THE SHOW!  Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 10 am to 4 pm on Winslow Green.
6. QUILT PICK UP  Following the show, quilts will be taken down, checked in, and then made available for pick up at Eagle Harbor Congregational Church (Corner of Madison Ave and Winslow Way) after 5:00PM
